This coastal townhouse was being prepared for sale. A subtropical style was chosen to create a lush, intimate courtyard in a previously neglected rear deck.

This was a difficult site with drainage issues and large mature trees. This is a garden of texture and colour that draws it's inspiration from the Pacific Rim.
